Mothering oneself is a process that requires a few important things.
Dont’ forget to:
- hold hands with your fears (they are little children inside of you);
- put your boots on (the road is long)
- look at yourself in the mirror
- wear pretty jewellery and paint your toe nails (you are the only one looking at them when winter comes)
