Intricate paintings on paper and cloth, based on Portuguese folklore and tales, particularly those from the book “Contos Tradicionais do Povo Português” (Traditional Tales from the Portuguese People), by Teófilo Braga.
Child-like illustrations explore the mischief and fantasy which seamlessly coexist in fables.
